NOTE: Any repairs NOT being the Owners Corporation’s responsibility must be paid for by the Lot Owner.. All work is carried out during normal working hours. After hours / weekend loading must be paid for by the Lot Owner. Entry to the Lot must be provided by the occupant. Previously arranged appointments not kept by the occupant will incur a service charge. Break in and burglaries must be reported to the police prior to repair being carried out. Unauthorised repairs will not be paid. Repair requests will only be actioned if from a lot owner or rental agent.
